The 2015 Diamond Bowl philanthropy raised the highest amount in its history, over $23,000, for The V Foundation for Cancer Research, with nearly a dozen sororities participating in the event this year. The annual philanthropy occurs over a week-long period with multiple on-campus challenges and opportunities for the participants to earn points, culminating in a flag football tournament to crown the winner. The funds will be combined with those raised during the FIJI Run Across Virginia at the end of November.
